How do I get enhanced DBS or CRB cheek for my Tfl Private hire licence or PCO Licence ?

You must apply for a DBS check through TfL's service provider and this must be done before you send in your PCO Licence Application. It takes around 4 weeks for this to go through

The applicant is given a DBS check letter where you can view the organization code and pin number, If you have been directed here to self-register by your organization then very sample create an account with your email, After logging in, select 'Manage DBS checks', request a one-time pass code, and enter the required security information. like
Click Register on the right-hand side of the screen.
2. Enter your Org Pin supplied by your organization & if required the Secret Word

4. Enter your email address and confirm it by entering it again. 5. Click Next Step
6. Enter/confirm the Organisation’s Name as requested
7. Create a memorable password
8. Confirm the password by entering it again
9. Click ‘Complete Registration’

Documents for a DBS check What will I need to complete the application?
To make completing the application form as quick as possible, have the following information (where applicable) to hand:
Dates of any name changes (mm/yyyy)
Mother’s Maiden Name
Full 5-year address history including dates (mm/yyyy)
National Insurance Number
Passport
Driving Licence
after the Document section, you do need to submit your application online to do so take a printout,
The ID Verification Service sheet will be available to print once you have submitted the application form online.
The original pieces of ID are selected for verification then go to the close by post office pay the DBS fee and submit your application after the ID check in the post office after submission you will get a reference number via email in 2-3 days, you do need to provide in Private hire Driver application form that reference number to process your application. ( for Enhanced DBS)
